This part replaces the head on your Phoenix Bipod so you can add your favorite ARCA mount. The adapter is designed to exceed the strength of original aluminum mount though with the 17S mounting interface to accept RRS and Area 419 ARCA clamps and QDs. The adapter is made form Impact and UV resistant high temperature polymer and reinforced at the critical points by steel screws and brass inserts. We torture tested this on 338 Lapua, 300 Norma Mag and 300 PRCs.
