Our Buying Process
When you buy a suppressor and live in a legal state outside of VA we will ship it to a SOT dealer near you for them to do the transfer. If you live in Virginia we will submit the Form 4 and upon approval along with 7 day notification of VA state police we will ship it to you. If you are in the Hampton roads area you can pick up the suppressor once the Form 4 is approved.
What you need to Purchase a Suppressor
The ATF Form 4 process is electronic now so you will need an account with the ATF. Remember your user name and PIN as those are required to submit the electronic form. The ATF Form 4 requires 2 sets of finger print cards or electronic fingerprints and a passport style electronic photo of yourself. With the removal of the $200 of the tax stamp we recommend getting electronic fingerprints from a company like Print Scan. Electronic finger prints speed up the submission and approval process.
